Feature
● Servo-Driven Precision Crimping Frequency conversion servo technology replaces traditional electromagnetic clutch mechanisms, reducing operating noise and energy consumption while making die changeover significantly faster and more repeatable. On conventional electromagnetic clutch presses, terminal changeover requires mechanical stop adjustment and test-piece verification taking 10–20 minutes; the EW-9320's servo positioning eliminates the mechanical adjustment step, reducing changeover to a program parameter change.
● All-in-One Processing Cycle A single pass handles fixed-length wire cutting, both-end stripping, double-end terminal crimping, and single-head waterproof seal insertion — eliminating the need for separate workstations or manual plug insertion.
● Comprehensive Error Detection Seven built-in sensors monitor wire knotting, missing wire, missing terminal, missing seal, take-up status, and air pressure — stopping the machine automatically to prevent defective output.
● Dual-Voltage Compatibility Natively supports both 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz, making it deployable in North American, European, and Asian facilities without electrical modification.
Application Range
● Automotive door and exterior lighting connector harness
Single-head waterproof seal crimping is the standard process for automotive body harness wires where one connector is mounted in a weatherproof location — door apertures, exterior lighting clusters, underbonnet sensors — while the opposite connector terminates inside the cabin or in a dry zone. The EW-9320's single-head seal insertion produces the correct asymmetric assembly (one sealed end, one unsealed end) in a single cycle, matching the harness architecture used across the majority of body zone connector designs from the major automotive OEMs.
● Automotive ADAS and parking sensor wiring
Parking sensors, ultrasonic distance sensors, and forward camera modules mount to exterior body panels and use sealed connector interfaces to prevent moisture ingress. These sub-harnesses use AWG22–AWG18 wire within the EW-9320's AWG28–16 range, with one sealed connector at the sensor interface and one unsealed connector at the ECU or body control module.
● Power window, mirror adjustment and door lock actuator harnesses
Door zone actuator sub-harnesses — power window motors, mirror actuators, door lock solenoids — use sealed connector terminals at the exterior-facing connector and standard open connectors at the trim panel or body controller. The EW-9320's double-end terminal crimping simultaneously processes both connector terminations in the same cycle.
● Consumer electronics and waterproof device wiring
Waterproof connectors in marine electronics, outdoor lighting, IP67/IP68 consumer devices, and industrial outdoor equipment use automotive-style sealed connectors on one wire end with a standard PCB or panel connector on the other. AWG22–AWG28 wire assemblies for these applications fall within the EW-9320's operating range.
