● Integrated Cut, Strip and Inkjet Print in One Cycle
The EW-05F+P combines cutting, stripping, and inkjet printing in a single automated pass — eliminating the separate marking workstation that conventional cable cut-strip lines require after stripping. The print position is freely programmable anywhere along the cable outer jacket surface, allowing batch number, serial number, specification code, or barcode to be applied at the same position on every piece without operator intervention.
● 16-Wheel Belt Drive with Servo Blade Seat
The 16-wheel drive system with belt feeding distributes clamping force evenly across the cable jacket, leaving no compression marks on PVC and TPE-jacketed multi-core cable. The servo-controlled blade seat positions the stripping blades to the programmed depth for each layer — outer jacket and individual inner core wires — maintaining 0.002×L cutting tolerance across the full 1–30mm² range.
● Supports 2–11 Inner Core Wire Stripping (EW-05F+P)
The EW-05F+P variant handles sheathed cables with 2 to 11 inner conductors, stripping both the outer jacket (Side I: 10–150mm, Side II: 10–80mm) and each inner core wire (1–50mm per end) in a single cycle. Customised configurations for non-standard cable constructions are available by sending samples to Eastontech.
Application Range
● Wire harness cable identification marking
Wire harness assemblies increasingly require each individual wire or cable to carry a printed identification mark for traceability, circuit identification, and compliance with IEC 62820 and automotive OEM harness labelling requirements. The EW-05F+P applies the required mark during the cut-strip cycle, eliminating the post-process marking step that adds cycle time and handling risk to conventional harness production lines.
● Industrial control cable and multi-core sheathed cable production
Industrial control cables (2–11 cores, 1–16mm² per conductor) for PLC wiring, instrumentation, and machine control panels require both jacket stripping and per-core wire preparation before terminal connection. The EW-05F+P completes both operations with integrated cable marking in one cycle — suited to panel building and cabinet wiring operations where cable identification is specified in the wiring schedule.
● EV and automotive shielded and multi-core cable with traceability marking
Multi-core shielded cables in EV BMS and ADAS assemblies require per-cable traceability identification as part of automotive Tier 1 supplier quality requirements. The EW-05F+P's programmable print position and ±0.002×L cutting tolerance meet the dimensional and traceability requirements of IATF 16949-compliant production environments.
● ICT and data communication cable preparation
Cat-rated and screened multicore communication cables require both outer jacket stripping and per-core preparation with marked cable identification for structured cabling installations. The EW-05F-1+P variant handles jacket-only stripping with marking at 700–750 pcs/h for pre-terminated communication cable assembly.
