Wire size specifications

Number tube specifications

Number tube printing

The ribbon is thermal transfer and can be loaded with 50m and 100m loose rolls of ribbon.

Print content

On-screen input and USB download, Chinese and English character printing, content can be printed on both sides.

Terminal specifications

0.3 (customized) 0.5 to 6 square; terminal insulator length within 11mm, conductor length within 20mm.

Wire stripping and number tube insertion

The stripping length is 6-30mm, and the insertion position can be controlled by motor adjustment, freeing the manual mechanical limit adjustment.

Peeling method

Rotary stripping, parallel stripping, rotary twisting, the direction can be forward and reverse.

Terminal supply

Vibrating plate feeding, one plate for universal use, only simple adjustment is required.

Crimp shape

Orthogonal quadrilateral crimping, servo motor crimping, crimping height can be adjusted at will; crimping shape can be customized with special crimping die.

Replacement product

Manually replace number tubes and terminals with different specifications, adjust the vibration plate, select the original parameters, and control the memory parameter call.

Automatic detection
