SDV-HBQ-Z308A is an imaging inspection machine for electric vehicle wire harness products. It is mainly used for electrostatic dust removal and imaging inspection of electric vehicle wire harness products. It can effectively detect defective products in terms of appearance during processes such as wire processing, crimping, and welding of wire harnesses. All the detected data can be uploaded to the MES system, which is convenient for process traceability and ensures the process quality management of customers' products.
