SDV-HBQ-G511D is an automatic wire harness processing machine for single-head crimping of single-wire housing insertion and terminal crimping at the tail. Its functions include terminal crimping, seal loading (optional), terminal CCD appearance inspection, terminal insertion and extraction force detection, terminal housing insertion, etc. It is applicable to automotive wire harnesses and home appliance electronic wires. The overall layout of the machine adopts a modular design, which is highly efficient and easy to debug. It uses modular type changing, and the type changing efficiency is high. SDV-HBQ-G511D includes: 1 set of main machine and 1 set of wire feeder. The main machine can process wires with a length of 50~1000mm and a cross - sectional area of 0.1~2.0mm².
