SDV-HBQ-G509 is a highly efficient automatic machine for multi-wire splicing U-shaped terminals. It can perform functions such as automatic wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal crimping detection, automatic wire splicing, loading heat shrinking, crimping U-shaped terminals, splicing visual inspection, and heat shrinking. The whole machine is arranged with 3 independent single-end crimping and unloading workstations and 1 multi-wire splicing workstation. It can simultaneously crimp and unload 3 different types of wire harnesses and terminals. It also adopts pressure management to monitor the crimping stability and uses vision for crimping appearance inspection to ensure the high-efficiency, stability and reliability of the equipment. This equipment is suitable for the production of combined and crimped wire harness products with 4-in-4 or less.
