SDV-HBQ-G205 is an automatic photovoltaic connector assembly machine, featuring a one-out-one modular design for high efficiency and convenient debugging. This machine is primarily used for assembling photovoltaic panel connectors. Each assembly process is inspected, including O-ring assembly in place detection, sealing inner plug skew detection, plastic nut tightening torque detection, plastic nut tightening gap detection, bayonet and corner breakage/damage/missing detection, and 360-degree surface scratch/indentation/deformation detection of finished products, ensuring reliable quality of customer finished products and preventing defective products from being released. SDV-HBQ-G205 complete machine includes: a main unit, an automatic parts feeding system, a CCD visual inspection system, and a laser marking system (optional), which can be applied to the automatic assembly of all similar types of photovoltaic connectors.
