SDV-HBQ-G203 integrated photovoltaic wire cutting, riveting and screwing machine is an automatic processing machine for photovoltaic wire cutting, riveting and screwing. Its functions include cutting (stripping), terminal riveting, connector assembly, and connector nut tightening, etc. The whole machine adopts a one-out-of-two modular design in terms of layout, which is highly efficient and convenient for debugging. This machine is mainly used for the assembly of connectors at the photovoltaic panel end, and can realize real-time monitoring of important processes, such as wire alignment detection, pressure management detection, soldering visual inspection, detection of wires not being inserted into the connectors in place, visual inspection of nut clearances, etc., to ensure the reliable quality of the final products for customers and reduce the outflow of defective products. SDV-HBQ-G203 PV harness machine includes a set of the main machine, a set of the wire pay-off rack, and a set of the wire storage rack. The main machine can process wires with a length of 180~2000, and is applicable to general photovoltaic cables with a wire diameter of Φ5.7~Φ6.3 (1×4mm²). The wire pay-off rack can bear a maximum of 600kg of incoming coiled wire (drum). The wire storage rack is equipped with a tensioning structure, and the tension can be adjusted by adding or reducing counterweights.
