The SDV-HBQ-126 shield-ring workstation is automated equipment designed for crimping Hirschmann crown-type shield rings. It positions the inner and outer rings and performs the press-fitting process. Built-in die-positioning sensors keep the shield-ring crimp position accurate and consistent. A defective-product cutting station prevents defective products from passing to the next stage and reduces labor intensity while improving production efficiency and quality.
Reduced labor intensity: automatically positions and presses the shield ring, avoiding injury from hand contact with the outer ring.
