SDV-HBQ-109 is a newly developed dual-core stripping and crimping machine for EV by the manufacturer. It adopts a high-precision servo-motor cutter module and a horizontal conveying structure with an electric cylinder equipped with an absolute encoder. This can ensure that both the stripping accuracy and the crimping position accuracy can reach 0.01mm. The floating wire - grasping mechanism used can ensure the consistency of double - wire crimping at different heights.
