SDV-GZ-0012 air-leakage testing table is a special machine independently developed by the manufacturer for the air-tightness and conductivity testing of connector plastic housings. Through the PLC and host-computer system, this machine can not only detect the continuity of the interlocking pieces inside the plastic housing, but also control the air-tightness tester to inflate and maintain pressure on the connector, thus achieving the purpose of detecting connector leakage. It is mainly used to detect defects such as holes and cracks in the connector plastic housing during injection molding, as well as for the selection of seals and core wires in the wire harness design stage and incoming material verification.
