The test modules are used to test the conductivity, water resistance, secondary locks or snaps, covers and other accessories of the wire harness connectors for missing and in place. Test modules can be classified according to module structure and function as follows Pneumatic module: to detect the presence of conventional connector conduction and accessories, etc. Airtight module: to test the general connector conduction, water resistance and the presence of accessories, etc. ECU module: to check the function of the ECU connector. Fuse box module: to test the functionality of the fuse box connector. ZERO THRUST module: used to detect connectors with more pin holes, push up structure to reduce staff labour intensity. PUSH BACK module: for detecting terminal receding, applicable to male terminal connectors and some special female terminal connectors (hole pitch ≥ 4mm).
