● Self-Feeding Lubrication System for Extended Cylinder Life
An integrated self-feeding oil supply system continuously delivers lubricant to the cylinder bore during operation, maintaining the film between the piston seal and cylinder wall without manual oiling. This prevents the accelerated seal wear and bore scoring that occur when pneumatic cylinders run dry — extending cylinder service life and maintaining consistent stripping force across the machine's operational lifespan. No scheduled oiling stops are required during production shifts.
● Special Sliding Holder for Balanced Stroke and High Precision
The stripping head travels on a special precision sliding holder that maintains the blade carrier's alignment with the cable axis throughout the full 150mm stroke. This parallel-guided travel prevents the blade from tilting under load — the primary cause of uneven jacket removal and conductor nick on longer strip lengths — ensuring consistent strip geometry on both short (5mm) and long (up to 150mm) stripping operations across the 0–15mm cable diameter range.
Application Range
Short-cut cable end stripping for power wire and multi-core cable assembly
The EW-315's 150mm maximum strip length and 0–15mm diameter capacity make it the preferred pneumatic stripper for processing short-cut cable ends (50–300mm cut lengths) on AC/DC power wire, appliance power cords, and multi-core control cable. Short cables are more difficult to handle on automated bench-top strippers due to the minimum feed length requirements — the EW-315's semi-automatic operation accommodates cable sections that are too short for fully automatic stripping machines.
Industrial control cable and computer cable preparation
Multi-core control cable (3–15mm OD) used in industrial machinery wiring and computer peripheral assemblies requires jacket removal over 20–100mm for terminal block termination and connector assembly. The 84–196kgf adjustable force range accommodates the jacket material hardness variation between PVC, TPE, and rubber-jacketed cable types within the 0–15mm diameter range without blade or tooling changes.
Repair, rework & field service cable preparation
At 35kg and 660×390×340mm, the EW-315 is portable enough for repositioning within a workshop and deployable in field service environments where a fixed automatic stripping machine is not available. The semi-automatic pneumatic operation produces consistent strip geometry that manual knife stripping cannot achieve, making it suitable for certified repair operations on power and control cables in industrial and railway maintenance facilities.
Automotive and appliance power lead processing
Vehicle power cables, appliance motor leads, and HVAC equipment wiring use cable constructions in the 8–15mm OD range with PVC, rubber, or XLPE jackets. The EW-315's upper diameter limit of 15mm covers the majority of these constructions, with the dual-cylinder consistent force delivery ensuring clean jacket removal on the thicker-wall insulations used in automotive and industrial power leads.
