All axes of the EW-22G automatic wire crimping machine are driven by Mitsubishi high-precision servo motors, paired with SMC pneumatic cylinders. This combination ensures that wire cutting, stripping, twisting, flux dipping, and tin soldering positions are all controlled to within ±0.002×L mm — a critical requirement for wire harness crimping in automotive and aerospace applications.
● Multi-Mode Stripping: Full, Half, Middle & Twist
Unlike conventional wire stripping and tinning machines, the EW-22G supports full stripping, half stripping, middle-window stripping, and wire twisting in a single setup. It can process up to 8 wires simultaneously, dramatically reducing cycle time for complex multi-conductor assemblies common in ICT and industrial electronics wiring.
● Automated Solder Wire Feeding & Smoke Extraction
The integrated solder feeding system automatically replenishes the solder pot, eliminating manual intervention during continuous production runs. A built-in soldering fume extractor actively removes tin smoke from the work area — an important occupational safety feature increasingly required in certified wire harness equipment facilities.
● Intuitive Color LCD Touchscreen Control
The EW-22G features a full-color LCD touch interface with clear parameter display. All cutting length, stripping depth, tinning length, and crimping force settings are configurable in seconds — reducing changeover time between wire gauges (AWG24–AWG18 or AWG32–AWG24) on the same wire cut strip crimp solder machine.
● Real-Time Error Detection & Optional Crimping Force Monitor
Built-in detection covers wire run-out, low air pressure, and termination errors. An optional crimping force monitor provides per-cycle quality traceability — a requirement for Tier 1 automotive wire harness suppliers operating under IATF 16949 production standards.
