Equipped with 2 to 8 configurable 200W infrared radiation tubes, the EW-1915 delivers even light waves from both sides. It surrounds heat shrinkable tubes up to Φ45 mm, melting internal adhesives (such as glue-lined double-walled tubes) uniformly for a 100% waterproof, airtight seal.
● Instant 0.5s Proximity Induction Trigger
Eliminate idle energy waste. The built-in optical sensor detects wire insertion and ignites the 1700W heating chamber in under 0.5 seconds. Once the wire is removed, it drops instantly into a low-power standby state, reducing energy bills and extending tube lifespan.
● Physically Adjustable Heating Zone (Under 120 mm)
No more scorched wire insulation. Operators can manually adjust the active heating width under 120 mm to match the precise length of the shrink tube. Heat is confined only to the target area, leaving the rest of the cable perfectly cool.
● Industrial-Grade Split-Module Reliability
Built for 24/7 industrial production environments, the EW-1915 features a separated Heating System + Control System architecture. This prevents heat transfer from the chamber to the sensitive microprocessors, doubling the lifespan of internal electronic relays.
