This closed-loop control maintains constant wire tension from a full 15kg spool to near-empty without any operator adjustment.

● 3.2m Wire Buffer for Error-Free Cutting Length

A 3.2m wire accumulation section sits between the spool and the host machine, absorbing the burst-demand feeding pattern of automatic cutting and stripping machines. Without this buffer, reel inertia transmits tension pulses directly to the wire path, causing feed-length errors of ±2–5mm per cycle.

● No Electrical Connection to Host Machine

The EW-14B operates autonomously — the pendulum arm controls motor speed through its own internal circuit with no electrical or communication link to the downstream machine. It connects to any brand of automatic wire processing machine with no wiring or programming work required.

Placed alongside a single automatic wire processing machine, the EW-14B eliminates the manual tension management operators perform when feeding directly from a passive reel stand. Its 15kg capacity and below-6mm OD limit cover the standard fine to medium wire spools (AWG28–AWG14) used on most bench-top automatic stripping and cutting machines.

● Prototype labs and low-volume assembly

R&D labs and sample rooms processing small batches of different wire types benefit from the EW-14B's universal spool compatibility — 120–300mm bore, up to 500mm OD — without requiring a dedicated prefeeder per wire gauge. The 500×700×450mm compact footprint fits directly on or beside a lab bench.

Fine-gauge wire (AWG28–AWG22) on small spools (100–300mm OD, under 5kg) used in sensor leads, instrument wiring, and electronics assemblies requires active prefeeding even at light loads — passive reel stands introduce enough rotational resistance to affect cutting length tolerance on high-speed machines. The EW-14B's 120W motor overcomes small spool inertia with zero tension variation transmitted downstream.
