● Multi-Wire Discrete Processing Mode: Beyond flat ribbon cables, the machine can simultaneously feed and process 5 or more individual discrete electronic wires in parallel, dramatically increasing production output.
● Precision Temperature-Controlled Soldering Pot: Features an active twisting mechanism paired with an automated flux and solder-dip station, delivering uniform 2–8 mm tinning without cold joints, solder bridges, or loose wire strands.
● 700 Pcs/Hour High Throughput: High-speed pneumatic and servo actuators enable cycle speeds up to 700 assemblies per hour (tested on 12P ribbon cable harnesses).
