● This EW-3080 all-in-one machine integrates wire cutting, double-end stripping and customizable middle stripping functions, specially designed for multi-conductor sheathed cables with outer diameter from 3mm to 10mm.
● It supports stripping 2 to 8 inner cores stably. The cutting length ranges from 0.1mm to 99999.9mm to adapt ultra-short and ultra-long cable processing demands.
● With silent hybrid stepper motor driving system, the stripping accuracy reaches up to 0.01mm, ensuring neat peeling without damaging copper conductors or cable insulation.
● Flexible stripping range: Outer jacket stripping length is 0.1-250mm for the head and 0.1-70mm for the tail; inner core stripping length is 0.1-15mm on both ends. Custom middle stripping is available for special production.
● Adopts belt-type wire feeding structure, which leaves no indentation or scratch on cable surface and protects the outer sheath completely.
● Equipped with built-in take-off robot device for automatic material collection, greatly reducing manual labor and improving overall workshop efficiency.
● Features a 7-inch full LCD touch screen for intuitive parameter setting. The one-key wire length correction function quickly fixes length errors during operation.
● It is fitted with imported tungsten steel and high-speed steel blades, featuring sharp cutting performance and long service life for continuous mass production.
● The standard hourly output is 850 to 1100 pieces for cables between 200mm and 1000mm in length, stable for long-hour non-stop operation.
● Optional accessories include automatic wire feeder and long conveyor belt to form a full-automatic production line.
● Universal power supply: AC110V/220V 50/60Hz. Overall dimension 900*620*1100mm, gross weight 120KG. CE and RoHS certified for global industrial use.
