The supplied 12 terminal fixtures and special collets cover open-barrel and insulated crimped terminals, soldered wire joints, and waterproof seal/plug pull-out testing — the three connection types most commonly verified in wire harness quality inspection, without requiring application-specific custom fixtures.
● Built-in IEC60352 & UL 486A Standard Force Library
The machine stores the IEC60352 and UL 486A minimum pull force values for each wire gauge. Select the wire gauge on the touchscreen and the machine retrieves the applicable threshold automatically — eliminating separate standard document lookup on the production floor and reducing operator error in pass/fail determination.
● Real-Time Force Curve and PC Software
A real-time force-displacement curve displays on the 7-inch touchscreen during each test, revealing gradual slip, sudden break, and multi-peak failure patterns that a single peak reading misses. PC software via RS232 records data and generates test reports for IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 quality documentation.
