The machine achieves 600–1,000 connector assemblies per hour under continuous production, with pneumatic actuation (0.5–0.7MPa) handling the part clamping and spindle positioning cycle. The operating interface is a touchscreen with parameter storage per connector type, reducing changeover time when switching between male and female connector bodies or between different MC4-compatible connector brands.
