● Three-Stage Independent Thermal Profiling: 3-zone barrel and nozzle heating control provides precise temperature gradients. Prevents material burning, nozzle drool, or structural degradation when processing engineering thermoplastics like PVC, PA, ABS, and PE.
● Liftable Barrel & Nozzle Assembly: The barrel and nozzle can be lifted clear of the mold area via an integrated mechanism, allowing rapid nozzle purging, color changes, or maintenance without removing the mold tool.
