EW-1990 is a conveyor belt heat shrink tube heating machine, designed for mass production. The heater and conveyor are used together to heat the heat shrink tube without damaging the wire. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted manually to keep the speed uniform. The vertical distance and parallel direction from the heating port to the conveyor belt can be adjusted, and the heat shrink tube heating machine is suitable for components of different sizes. It is especially suitable for heating high-temperature resistant Teflon heat shrink tubes, or large diameter and long heat shrink tubes.
● The heating machine has high heat exchange efficiency.
The clever wind tunnel design allows air to pass evenly through the inside and outside of the spiral heating wire, with nearly 100% heat exchange and low wind pressure loss.
● Heating machine safety Equipped with overheating and overload protection, power-off protection device, emergency stop switch, phase sequence protection and can be operated 24 hours a day throughout the year.
● Optional auxiliary conveyor.This machine can be used with an auxiliary conveyor to heat and shrink heat shrink tubing for wire harnesses of any specifications.
