40KN Impact Crimping Force for Certified Power Cord Applications
Pin crimping at 40KN (4T) impact force ensures full compression of the conductor barrel onto H03VVH2-F and H05VVH2-F conductor strands, delivering consistent contact resistance across the production run. The pneumatic actuation system (0.5–0.8MPa) provides repeatable force delivery cycle-to-cycle — a requirement for power plug assemblies requiring IEC 60884-1, UL 498, or PSE pull-force compliance during product certification.
Dual Voltage, Dual Frequency — Global Factory Deployment
The machine operates on AC110V or AC220V at both 50Hz and 60Hz without modification, making it directly deployable in manufacturing facilities across the United States (120V/60Hz), Japan (100V/60Hz), China (220V/50Hz), and Southeast Asia (220V/50Hz).
