Each axis of the EW-1790 feeds one wire spool independently, supplying 5 to 12 wire gauges or colours simultaneously to the downstream machine. This eliminates the multiple single-spool prefeeder stands that multi-wire processing machines would otherwise require, consolidating the entire wire supply into one compact unit.
● Modular Axis Configuration — Standard and Custom
Standard axis counts are 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12. Higher counts are available on a customised basis. Each axis handles coils up to 280mm OD, 100mm height, and 140mm minimum ID — covering the standard small spool formats used for fine to medium gauge wire in electronics and wire harness production.
● Pneumatic Feed Control — No Complex Electrical Integration
The EW-1790 uses pneumatic actuation (0.4–0.6MPa) for feed control, requiring no electrical signal connection to the downstream processing machine. This makes it compatible with any brand of multi-wire automatic stripping, cutting, or crimping machine without custom wiring or PLC programming.
