● Mark-Free 24-Wheel Belt Drive: Utilizes an advanced 24-wheel belt feeding system with pneumatically pressurized height controls to prevent any surface indentation on delicate insulation. This high-traction belt design extends the system life expectancy by 2 times compared to traditional metal rollers.
● Industrial-Grade Cutting Durability: Powered by robust blades made of imported high-speed steel (HSS) driven by a high-torque servo motor. It processes up to 2000 pieces per hour under a standard 0.5 to 0.8 MPa air connection.
● Smart Touch HMI & Future-Ready Expansion: Features an intuitive 7-inch color touch screen for quick digital adjustments of roller pressure and stripping configurations. The modular design easily integrates with MES systems, IoT networking, inkjet coding printers, and robotic wire take-up units.
