● This machine is a welding machine frame, using far-infrared heating tubes to heat, with double-sided heating; the inner box is equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan, which can evenly distribute the heat during heating, keeping the entire box at a constant temperature: It maintains the original characteristics of the product, ensuring that the product does not deform or change color after heat shrinking or baking, and the quality is stable.
● Using high-temperature Teflon mesh belt (with a temperature range of 0 - 350°C), the feeding mode is a continuous line, the baking speed is fast, and the efficiency is high.
● Intelligent control system, the heating temperature and speed can be adjusted at will, able to adapt to the temperature and heat shrinking time requirements of different products;
● Independent control electrical box, far away from high temperatures.The heating box is double-layered, with high-temperature heat insulation cotton (with a temperature range of 1200°C) in the middle, so that the surface temperature of the box will not be too hot, not only making the working environment comfortable, but also reducing energy waste.
