● The wire wheel is used to feed the wire at a fixed length, and the lead screw slide rail servo cooperates with the wire stripping and crimping. The front and rear ends can realize the functions of stripping (half stripping) and crimping.
● Front and rear "cross" xy axis precision ball screw dual guide rail servo, accurate stripping and crimping, smooth operation, fast response and low noise.
● The tool holder is a grinding screw guide rail servo, with a three-knife "one" parallel structure. The wire cutting, front end and rear end stripping are all operated independently. The front end guide tube can pass through the middle cutter to directly guide the wire to the rear end horizontal wire clamp. Both ultra-short wire and long wire can be processed. The knife frame is equipped with a blowing and sucking rubber device to ensure that the rubber is clean and protect the core wire.
● 2-ton casting terminal machine, with precise and wear-resistant slideway; equipped with horizontal and vertical terminal cutting and leaking material.
