● Precision translation type single-head waterproof plug tinning machine, which integrates automatic pre-laying, straightening, fixed-length cutting, stripping, crimping end waterproof plug tail rotator wire twisting and tinning, is suitable for high-precision waterproof wire harnesses; cutting depth, wire cutting length, stripping length, crimping end rubber coating depth, waterproof position, twisting tightness and tinning depth are all automatically controlled.
● The wire wheel fixed length wire feeding and the lead screw slide rail servo work together to achieve the front end stripping, waterproof plug pressing, and tail rotation tinning.
● The front and rear "cross" xy axis ball screw guide servo has smooth operation, fast response and low noise.
● The tool holder is a grinding screw guide rail servo, with a three-knife "one" parallel structure. The wire cutting and front and rear end wire stripping are operated independently. The front end guide tube can pass through the cutter to directly guide the wire to the rear end horizontal wire clamp. Both long and short wires can be processed. The tool frame is equipped with a rubber blowing and suction device to ensure that the rubber is clean.
● 2-ton casting terminal machine, with precise and wear-resistant slideway; equipped with horizontal and vertical terminal cutting and leaking material.
● The heater uses a hot runner device; there are pipeline recovery devices for rosin water/tin slag and tin ash; there is a smoke recovery device to keep the machine clean for a long time.
● Built-in abnormal signal monitoring allows easy fault detection and clear inspection.
