● Set Taping Distance
The equipment can achieve automatic tape-wrapping at a pre-set distance, maximizing production efficiency. A two-meter length of wrapping can achieve an accuracy of ± 5 mm.
● Pneumatic Clamping
T he wire is clamped by soft material which does not damage the wire and will not pull the wire off the connector.
● G ood Applicability
The machine is applicable not only to large diameter wire harness, but also to small diameter wire harness, reducing or eliminat ing the twisting phenomenon when taping those small diameter wire harnesses.
● Personalized Technology
The program in the machine helps operators set complicated technology parameters, such as the length of each wrapping, wrapping rotating-speed, horizontal feeding speed, and so on. The equipment realizes consecutively wrapping, interval wrapping, or the combination of consecutive and interval wrapping.
● Two-level Authority Management
In order to manage the technology parameters in the machine, two levels authority are set: operator and manager. Only manager is responsible to set the technology parameters.
