● The unit features an enclosed exterior design equipped with a viewing window to facilitate convenient operation.
● Terminals are fed via a vibratory bowl feeder—a single bowl design capable of accommodating various terminal types—while the crimping die automatically adjusts to match the specific terminal in use, eliminating the need for manual die replacement.
● The crimping process is driven by a servo motor, ensuring both efficiency and speed.
● The system employs a versatile combination of pneumatic and electric components. Operation is managed via an HMI touchscreen interface; the terminal insertion depth can be adjusted electronically, and configured parameters can be saved and directly recalled for future use.
