The secondary wiring sets are automatically grouped, and upon the completion of each wire group's production, a label—specifying the cabinet number and wire function—is printed and affixed in real-time to facilitate subsequent cabinet assembly.
● Equipped with an automatic multi-wire switching feeder and an integrated multi-axis wire-paying machine to accommodate the simultaneous online availability of 6 to 24 different wire types.
● Features two sets of automatic multi-tube switching units for wire marking and sleeving (utilizing exclusive patented technology). This allows for the simultaneous online availability of 4 to 5 types of wire markers, featuring automatic switching, feeding, printing, cutting, and sleeving, and includes a dedicated heating device for the wire markers.
● Includes multiple crimping units to ensure all terminal types are available online simultaneously. All crimping operations utilize a die-less crimping mechanism powered by servo-driven crimping machines. All crimping parameters switch automatically, and crimping quality is monitored in real-time. Terminals are automatically fed using a 3-axis robotic arm paired with a circular vibratory feeder (eliminating the need for linear vibratory feeders); the circular feeder features a specialized coating treatment to prevent damage to the terminal plating.
● Equipped with a dedicated label printer for identifying each wire group associated with a specific work order.
● The equipment features a modular design with an assembly-line layout, ensuring simple operation and convenient maintenance, while allowing for future expansion and upgrades.
● Includes accompanying data conversion software that integrates seamlessly with work orders generated by third-party automatic wiring software. Work orders can be dispatched remotely via an internal network and are automatically and rapidly converted into production instructions.
● Features a reserved MES interface capable of capturing real-time operational and production data (such as total output, operational efficiency, defect rates, material consumption, downtime duration, etc.).
