● Double Blade Holder with High-Torque Servo: Features an upgraded dual-blade holder powered by an enhanced high-torque servo motor. This setup allows you to run standard 'V' stripping blades alongside specialized radius (die) blades simultaneously.
● Smart Synced Coiling with Circular Safety Guard: Includes an integrated heavy-duty coiler with an automated up/down circular cover. The rewinding speed automatically synchronizes with the main cutting machine. Operators can digitally adjust the magnification ratios on the HMI to control the tightness and diameter of the finished coil.
● Semi-Automated Operator Protection Loop: Pressing the foot switch or start button automatically drops the robust safety shield before any feeding or spinning starts. Once the single-cycle cutting, stripping, and coiling are complete, the guard automatically raises, allowing safe and effortless manual pickup of the finished product.
● 100-Recipe Digital Memory Program: Save up to 100 processing profiles directly on the touchscreen. Parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, and pull-off distance can be modified and loaded instantly, cutting changeover times to under a minute.
