● Machine Functions: Pre-feeding, automatic wire feeding, rotary cutting, mid-section stripping/punching, cutting and end stripping, single/double-end stripping, double-end heat-shrink tubing application, single/double-end conductive paste application, single/double-end terminal crimping, tubing alignment and heat-shrink forming, single-end laser marking, coiling, and manual bundling/unloading.

● Process Flow: Import processing parameters → Pre-feeding → Double-end rotary cutting → (Mid-section stripping/punching) → Automatic wire feeding → Front-end stripping → Front-end tubing application → Front-end conductive paste application → Front-end terminal crimping (fed via flexible vibration bowl) → Front-end tubing alignment and heat-shrink forming → Wire feeding (retraction) → Rear-end stripping → Rear-end tubing application → Rear-end conductive paste application → Rear-end terminal crimping (fed via flexible vibration bowl) → Rear-end tubing alignment and heat-shrink forming → Rear-end laser marking → Coiling (for wires >2m in length, excluding 300mm² wires) → Manual unloading and bundling.
