● Automatic Shield Braid Folding
The machine combines cable stripping and shield braid folding in an automatic processing operation. This helps standardize the preparation of shielded cables and reduces repetitive manual folding work.
● Flexible 15–120mm Stripping Length
The stripping length can be adjusted from 15 to 120mm, allowing the machine to accommodate different cable preparation requirements. The specified minimum shield remaining length is 4mm.
● High Production Efficiency
The EW-1140 provides a productivity of approximately 700–1,000 pieces per hour, depending on the processed cable material and operating conditions. Automatic operation helps improve production consistency and reduce manual processing requirements.
● Industrial Pneumatic & Electrical Configuration
The machine operates with 0.6–0.8MPa air pressure and supports 220V/110V, 50/60Hz power supplies. It is designed for continuous industrial production environments with an operating temperature range of -5 to 40°C.
