Multi-Core Wire Peeling & Twisting Machine

Feature ● Wire cutting, single (or double) end stripping, single (or double) end crimping, single end insertion of heat-shrink tub and heating, single end sleeve inserting machine ● The entire machine supports customisation across multiple aspects, including cutting and stripping lengths. ● Optional crimping force monitor equipment（CFM） and visual inspection equipment

Feature ● Functions: Wire cutting, single/double-ended stripping, single/double/parallel-ended crimping, single/double/parallel heat-shrink tubing application. ● The entire machine supports customisation across multiple aspects, including cutting and stripping lengths. ● Optional crimping force monitor equipment（CFM） and visual inspection equipment

Feature ● Equipped with high-precision servo motors for cutting and stripping mechanisms, the system delivers exceptional accuracy and consistency in wire processing operations. The positive and negative screw structure cutting blade ensures precise stripping results, while the robust ductile iron crimping mechanism provides stable crimping height and superior rigidity for reliable terminal connections. ● Featuring an intuitive color touchscreen interface with comprehensive program memory functions, the machine enables rapid product changeover through one-key parameter recall. The modular design allows individual function modules to be activated or deactivated as needed, maximizing production flexibility and equipment utilization across different product lines and manufacturing requirements.

Feature ● Maximum Rubber Sleeve Size: Diameter 30mm, Thickness 20mm, Square 30*30*20mm. ● Production Efficiency: Average 5 seconds/hole, slight differences may occur due to thread length and plastic shell positioning. ● Needle assembly changeover: 3 minutes; tube assembly changeover: 3 minutes; claw assembly changeover: 9 minutes. ● High production efficiency, saving 2-5 people and reducing manual labor intensity. ● High equipment compatibility; can achieve threading of various rubber sleeves through changeover, changeover time 15 minutes. ● High safety performance; multi-step, two-hand start-up. ● One-button switching between single and two rubber sleeve functions (customizable).
